We have built our brand name on many years of successful coach and mentor development and we have been delivering our award-winning courses internationally for over a decade.

Our coaching and mentoring programmes can be customised for your organisation and can carry with them qualifications from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), UK or the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), UK.  They can run at levels 3, 5 and 7 on the UK National Qualifications Framework.  

We have successfully engaged in a number of coaching and mentoring projects across organisations that have aimed to develop coaching and mentoring skills across the organisation to achieve a cultural mindset shift.  This has involved organisations talent-development programmes where high-potential individuals are highlighted and trained as change champions for their organisation.  Supported by the Executive management team (who we train through our flagship Coaching for Leaders Programme), this is practically lived out through the development and implementation of 'coaching circles' through the organisation.

We use a unique blend of contemporary research and theory, and we provide our participants a practical toolkit for coaching & mentoring that they try out and master throughout the programme.

We have built such a name for ourselves in authentic coaching & mentoring that we are regularly asked to deliver sessions on the topic at conference, events, Executive Management and Board training sessions.
