Integrated offender management is something in which we have extensive professional experience and we are particularly interested in applying our skills towards preventing young people becoming engaged with the criminal justice systems of any country.

This work can often be highly sensitive and challenging and it involves developing productive alliances which involve parents and carers, education, Police and Justice Agencies.

Our work can involve youth diversion schemes and our approach is based upon psychological and neurological interventions including differential association.

We undertake audits on behalf of ministries and other organisations and our extensive associate network of former senior professionals are all available to help you design systems of prevention of crime/disorder and deliver prosperous and safe communities.
